We will conduct mobile health clinics provide immunizations in the cities of Antsiriribe, Antanifotsy, Ambohimandroso, Ambatomiady, Ambatolahy, and Ampitatafika. Our goal is to administer vaccines including Coronavirus and Malaria and the standard immunizations for children <5.
Project goals:
1. Implement our "Sustain Circle Community Development" by providing training and employment for local individuals who will help provide services in their community.
2. Identify and train partners within the community to educate families on the importance of receiving immunizations.
3. Obtain supplies for providing immunizations in each community.
4. Administer the standard immunizations among children <5 years of age.
5. Provide immunizations for COVID-19 and Malaria as they become available.
6. Maintain records of immunizations and follow-up on illness cases in the area.
Implementation:
Our plan for implementing the program is to work out of small mobile clinics in the communities. These mobile sites would be more cost effective and provide a resource to meet the needs of the people on a periodic basis or for emergencies. Partner organizations will provide some of the monetary and other resources required to meet our goals.
